Summer camps around the country need talented chefs and nurses to work during the summer months. Camp kitchens need head chefs, sous chefs, kitchen managers, and more. At camp health centers, camps need nurses with various expertise and experience. In most cases, nurses can obtain a temporary license to practice in a new state.

At the summer camp, you'll earn a competitive salary and receive free room and board. Travel expenses to and from the camp will be covered in the form of reimbursement. The contract for chefs typically lasts 8-10 weeks; for nurses, an 8-week contract is preferred but shorter contracts can be negotiated.
